How do I get my purchase shipped for FREE?

All orders totaling $200, before taxes and shipping charges, will be shipped to you for free via Canada Post Regular Parcel! Applies only to Canadian and US orders.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post within 2-5 business days.  
If you require a rush delivery, please contact us for alternate shipping methods.

Please note the following delivery guidelines as per Canada Post, (we are not responsible if Canada Post delivery times are exceeded, the only way to guarantee delivery date is via courier):

Canada Post Regular Mail delivery time frame is approximately 3-9 days.

Canada Post Expedited Parcel delivery time frame is approximately 1-7 days.

*IF* you require a signature upon delivery you must notify us of this special instuction during checkout, there is a notes/messages box for special instructions with your order.

Baby Legs orders are shipped out for FREE to our customers via Canada Post Regular Mail.

Customers who purchase Baby Legs are encouraged to carefully read the terms of Free Shipping.
ALL Baby Legs orders are sent out via Regular Mail which DOES NOT incude tracking information or shipping insurance.

If you wish to have a tracking number provided for your Baby Legs shipment, shipping charges will apply. Please contact us for further information.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, or a delivery is refused and/or returned to Trendy Baby Products, a re-shipping fee of $3.00 (plus the cost of re-shipping) will be charged.

**Please note: Trendy Baby Products is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. All parcels with tracking numbers are insured, regular letter mail is not!

Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?

As of January 1, 2008, all Canadian customers will be charged GST in the amount of 5%.
Ontario customers will be charged HST in the amount of 13%. 
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador customers will be charges HST as per federal guidelines.
(No tax is applied to Gift Cards until merchandise is purchased)

Do you sell and ship to customers outside of Canada?

We are a Canadian company focused on offering unique items to Canadian families who would traditionally have to shop for most of these products cross-border.  If you would like us to make a shipment outside of Canada, please contact us directly for delivery times, terms, availability or expedited shipping rates. Ground delivery is standard.

What form of payments does Trendy Baby Products accept?

Our payment process is secure and is tested/certified daily against hackers. Your personal information is protected through out the secure PayPal payment process. 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express; as well as bank account transfers all via PayPal.

Please note: PayPal e-checks will be held by PayPal for 10-14 days before payment is released to Trendy Baby Products. Orders will not be filled and shipped until all funds have been cleared and received in full for all e-check orders. Order selection may differ at the time of shipment as stock may change during the 10-14 day holding period.  

What if I need to exchange or return an item?

Our goal is 100% complete customer satisfaction.  Please feel free to contact us at anytime for assistance if you are not completely satisfied with any product. Customers are given the following options (less shipping) under the following conditions:

  • We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from sale of merchandise.  Includes: defective items, incorrect sizes shipped to you, or if you are not fully satisfied *IF* the item(s) are in their original unused and original packaging. All sales become final after 30 days.

  • FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE items are non refundable and are not able to be exchanged

  • We are unable to accept returns/exchanges of merchandise that have been used, washed, soiled/damaged, or are not returned with all original packaging, or damaged/missing packaging.

  • Customers will be responsible for any shipping charges for exchanges and returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns or exchanges. Returns that are shipped back to Trendy Baby Produts are at the customers expense.
    If a store credit is applied to a subsequent order shipping fees may apply.

  • Please contact us for return shipping information.  Return item(s) in  original package along with the following information:
    Name & Address
    Reason for return
    Invoice/Order number
    Request for refund or exchange or store credit

  • Please allow us approximately 5-10 business days to process refunds and exchanges.

    Items we are not able to process refunds or exchanges for include any/all personal hygiene merchandise such as:
    Bottles - opened or used
    Nursing Products- opened or used
    Pacifiers - opened or used
    Teethers - opened or used
    CD's - opened or used
    Bath/Body products - opened or used
    Belly Cast Kits - opened or used
    Other select merchandise

What if I cancel my order after it has already been paid for?

If you have placed, and paid for, an order then subsequently request to cancel it prior to shipping, a store credit note will be issued in the same dollar value as the purchase amount. The credit note voucher code will be emailed to you with instructions on how to redeem it.

Purchasing and Receiving Gift Cards

Gift cards are not taxable until the card has been redeemed, therefore these steps must be followed during the checkout to ensure you will not be charged taxes when purchasing a Gift Card.

Purchasing:
Gift Cards may be purchased either by phone or via on-line orders, and have no expiry date.

*Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient in a beautifully laid out Gift Certificate (see Gift Card Page for example)

Redemption:
*If you have received a Gift Card valued at $200 or more, free shipping will apply to your order provided you spend your Gift Card all at one time. If you do not use the full value of your gift card and spread it out over several orders shipping charges will apply to any/all orders totaling less than $200.


Out of Stock Items

Please note that occasionally when orders come through simultaneously, one of the orders may be processed, but the item has just sold out.  We will gladly give you the choice of:

  1. A store credit
  2. A full refund for the out of stock item
  3. Option to re-select an item of equal value in an alternate size or colour
  4. Should you wish to wait for the item(s) to re-stock we will place your pre-paid order in priority on the wait list

How will my personal information be managed?

Trendy Baby Products is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose any of your information to any third party without your prior approval.
We may however use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about new products or special offers we think you'll enjoy.
